Unlocking Hidden Potential

This 2,045 sq. ft. basement was transformed from unfinished space into a multi-zone living and entertainment suite. A full gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, quartz counters, and custom cabinetry anchors a social hub, while a concealed Murphy-door wine cellar room add drama. The media lounge features a fireplace and built-ins, a private guest suite includes an egress window and en-suite bath, and a dedicated gym and laundry with a custom dog-wash enhance functionality. New plumbing trenching, concealed mechanicals, LVP flooring, and cohesive millwork unify the design, unlocking the home’s hidden potential.

We also updated the home’s entryway with a new porch. We designed a classic portico that seamlessly integrates with the home’s traditional architecture. The new structure was carefully planned to appear as if it were part of the original design, not an afterthought. This involved matching rooflines, selecting complementary materials, and focusing on proportional design. The result is a beautiful covered porch that adds depth and dimension to the home’s exterior.
