Multi-Functional Lower Level

We were brought on to transform this unfinished walkout lower level into a versatile and inviting space designed to appeal to every member of the family. The project included converting 1,644 square feet into a large entertainment area with a custom wet bar, a full bathroom, an exercise room, and a spacious media room, which now doubles as the homeowner’s office and training space.

To create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, we installed additional lighting throughout and finished the drywall ceilings with a smooth texture. Doors, trim, and casings were carefully selected to match the rest of the home for a cohesive look.

The entertainment area stands out with its fully equipped wet bar, featuring beautiful cabinetry, island seating, a sink, wine fridge, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a feature wall showcasing stunning tile, floating shelves, and a mounted TV. As bourbon enthusiasts, the homeowners also have a dedicated space to enjoy their collection, adding a personal touch to this functional and stylish basement.
