Modern Open-Concept Kitchen & First-Floor Remodel

This homeowner wanted to transform their small, cramped kitchen into a spacious and functional gathering space. By removing the walls between the kitchen and formal dining room, we created an open layout featuring a large eat-at island, a stunning range hood, expansive pantry cabinetry, and ample counter space.

Beyond the kitchen, the entire first floor received a stylish upgrade. We installed a new fireplace with a stone surround and a beautiful wood mantle, replaced outdated French doors with ones that allow more natural light, and updated the ceilings with smooth drywall after removing old track lighting. The entire space was refreshed with new LVP flooring and a modern paint palette, resulting in a warm, inviting, and cohesive design the whole family loves.
