Fun for the Whole Family

All efforts were made to make sure each member of this family would enjoy this new basement remodel! The homeowner’s son loves the movie theater room. Their daughter likes using the custom island table for her art projects. Mom loves her new workout space and Dad is thrilled with his bar and living area for watching sports. Dad has also started to shower in the basement as he loves the rain shower and the digital controls that instantly gives him his preferred shower experience.

A total of 1,068 square feet were converted to finished space during this remodel. We were able to add in an egress window during the project to give them a safe alternative exit route and add to this home’s value.
