From Cramped to Cohesive

This kitchen renovation opened a cramped, soffit-bound space by demolishing old cabinetry and pantry, integrating it into an open-plan flow with dining and living areas. A custom central island with curved seating, a farm sink, and glass uppers anchors the design. Quartz countertops, crown moldings, tile backsplash, and light wood floors unify aesthetics. Electrical circuits and lighting were rerouted for under-cabinet lamps and island appliances. The mudroom was transformed with a built-in bench, cubbies, and shiplap. The overhaul optimized flow, storage, and functionality, creating a cohesive, family-focused heart of the home.
