Dual Spaces, Double the Functionality

This project reimagined two adjacent utility rooms by swapping functions: the original small pantry became a custom mudroom with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, integrated bench, wainscoting, frosted glass door, and a tiled dog-wash station capped in quartz; the larger laundry room transformed into a luxury 221 sq. ft. pantry featuring full-size and wine refrigerators, a farm sink, quartz countertops, vertical shiplap, and bespoke cabinetry. Extensive plumbing and electrical reconfiguration supported the new sinks, appliances, and wash station. Meticulous millwork matched existing trim, delivering two seamless, high-end spaces that dramatically
improve daily life.
