Dual Master Suites: Expanding for Comfort and Luxury

This magnificent home, originally designed for retirees, boasted a modest three bedrooms and 2.5 baths – an unexpected arrangement for its sprawling 6,500-square-foot expanse. However, when the new homeowners arrived, they had a vision for enhancing their living space. They aspired to create a second master suite, complete with a luxurious full bath and walk-in closet. This freed up the first-floor master suite for their aging mother. Additionally, they desired an extra bathroom to accommodate their teenage son’s needs.

But that was just the beginning of the transformation. The introduction of a second-story addition not only met the homeowners’ master suite requirements, but also allowed us to create a luxurious teen suite with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet.

As if that wasn’t enough, we added the finishing touch with the installation of a striking deck using composite decking, complete with a spiral staircase, providing an outdoor haven for relaxation and entertainment for the homeowners.

The addition changed the home to a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that spans nearly 7,500 square feet.
