This project transformed an underutilized concrete patio into a 210 sq. ft. four-seasons room seamlessly integrated with the home’s roofline and foundation. Featuring a vaulted ceiling, high-performance windows on three walls, and a stone gas fireplace as a focal point, it maximizes natural light, comfort, and style. A new stamped concrete patio and fresh exterior paint unify the addition with the existing structure. Thermal breaks and insulation beneath the subfloor ensure year-round comfort. The result is a versatile, light- filled space that enhances curb appeal, adds functional living area, and has become the daily heart of the home.
