Bryan Rogers

Steller Electric: Director of Operations and Owner

Bryan, a State Licensed Electrician, is Director of Operations and one of the principal partners at Steller Electric. He has been working in the electrical field in both commercial and residential areas for more than 20 years. Bryan is committed to growing relationships with our clients and partners and works hard every day to take care of our customers and build our fast-growing electrical division to meet its ever-expanding demand.

Rob Reisdorf

Construction Superintendent: Residential and Commercial

As Steller Construction’s Construction Superintendent for both Residential & Commercial projects, Rob plays a crucial role in ensuring every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and exceptional quality. From groundbreaking to final completion, Rob oversees all aspects of the construction process, maintaining rigorous standards while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and building departments. Rob has certifications in Iron Works, Carpentry, Welding, Heavy Equipment, and OSHA certifications, among others. Rob’s high integrity, drive and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the Steller team.

Cassie Tackett

General Manager & Project Design Manager

As General Manager and Project Design Manager at Steller Construction, Cassie plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional results. With a strong focus on both the creative and operational sides of the business, she oversees every phase of our projects—from initial design concepts to final completion—while maintaining the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Jenna Randolph

Sales Manager and Marketing Director

Jenna is the Sales Manager for both Steller Construction and Steller Electric. She brings extensive management experience to her role. Jenna handles all appointment scheduling for both entities and also does project estimating and all customer follow-up throughout the sales process. Jenna also coordinates all marketing efforts with our marketing firm and partners at the Owner’s direction.

Tiffany Chandler

Residential/Commercial Design Director

Tiffany is the Steller Construction Residential/Commercial Design Director. She joins our team with more than two decades of drafting and design experience on Architectural, Engineering and Acoustic Isolation projects ranging from home remodels to world renown concert halls. Her clients have included several leading recording studio designers, university performance art centers, a national chain of fitness centers, hotels, high rise luxury condominium communities, and NBA practice facilities. With a degree in Interior Design, Tiffany joins her technical and creative passions producing the detailed blueprints needed for our exacting craftsmanship and coordinating with Cassie and Jenna in helping clients choose the right layout to bring your vision to life!

Jason Gibson

Residential Construction Project Manager

Jason is a Residential Construction Project Manager (RCPM) at Steller Construction and plays a vital role in overseeing every aspect of residential construction projects, from drywall installation to the final finishes. This position ensures seamless project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Assistant Office Manager

Danielle is an integral part of the Steller Construction team, ensuring the office operates efficiently and supporting team members across all departments. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence make her an essential resource for both colleagues and clients.
