Bryan A. Lipps

Owner and COO
Bryan is an owner, COO, and holds Commercial General Contractors licenses in Ohio and West Virginia. Additionally, Bryan is licensed as a residential general contractor, has his radon mitigation and testing license, and his real estate agent license in the state of Ohio. Bryan is directly involved in various degrees in every project we do. He is also responsible for working directly with homeowners on residential estimates and broad project management. Bryan is passionate about taking care of our customers and our employees!

Tim Huter

Owner and CFO
Tim is an owner and Chief Financial Officer. Tim directs all contractual, financial and business dealings for Steller. He also oversees all Human Resource activity including employee relations/benefits and compliance. Tim graduated from Miami Universtity with a Bachelors degree in Business and has held multiple leadership roles with various companies. Tim's has passion for success and developing and maintaining relationships with Steller's business partners and customers.

Bryan Rogers

Director of Operations
Bryan is Director of Operations at Steller Electric. Bryan is a licensed electrician with more than 15 years experience in the industry.  Bryan is committed to growing relationships with our clients as well as enjoys finding cost-saving solutions for their electrical needs.

Willie Molina

Supervisor
Willie is the Residential Supervisor and Assistant Project Manager for our residential remodeling division and is on the job sites every day. Willie has the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship in the residential market and will make sure that we take care of your home.

Cassie Tackett

Assistant Project Manager
Cassie is the Office Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Cassie handles a variety of customer relations responsibilities. She is also in charge of marketing, payroll, human resources, commercial and residential project management, and any other miscellaneous day-to-day needs.

Nick Adams

Commercial Superintendent
Nick is a Commercial Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager and Historic Preservation Project Manager. Nick has several years experience on large commercial projects and historic preservation projects. He has worked in various locations such as Washington D.C., the University of Virginia, and the Cincinnati Union Train Terminal.

Randy Henry

Historic Preservation and Commercial Foreman
Randy is our Historic Preservation and Commercial Foreman that has grown with Steller’s Historic Preservation Division since the beginning. He has spent a large chunk of time working on historic masonry preservation and restoration projects as well as historic log cabin projects.

Matt Feasal

Electric Foreman
Matt is our Electric Foreman for our Steller Electric division.

Shaun Calhoun

Supervisor
Shaun is a supervisor at Steller Construction.
