1950s Home Transformation

This remarkable renovation turned a small, outdated 1950s home into a spacious, modern retreat while preserving its charm. Originally a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with limited basement space, this home was completely transformed to include 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a deeper, more functional basement.

We were able to add 1,473 square feet to this home and a 268 square foot garage. A huge improvement from the home’s original 1,008 square feet.
